If 2024 was a year of building momentum, 2025 was the year we went full speed ahead. From opening two new locations to welcoming thousands of new members and launching GetBetter – our yoga and fitness studio – this was the year WorkBetter became the home base for an even larger, stronger, and more connected community.
Two New Locations. One Growing Vision.
With WorkBetter Tsarigradsko opening in February and WorkBetter 2.0 following in March, we became the leading coworking and flex-office operator in Bulgaria, now spanning over 13,000 sq.m. and 1,250 workstations. Every square meter was designed with our signature philosophy in mind – innovative spaces that inspire better focus, creativity, and connection.
Our Community Doubled
More than 50 new companies joined our WorkBetter ecosystem this year. They included solopreneurs, ambitious start-ups, scale-ups and global teams with 100+ members. That brought us to an incredible 1,900+ Better Members.
A Year of Connection
We hosted 100 networking events, welcoming 20,000 people and having countless new ideas. Between shared projects, laughter over coffee, and late-evening brainstorms, we watched collaborations and friendships come to life – the kind that only happens when better people share better spaces.
GetBetter: Because Work and Wellness Belong Together
This year, we also opened the doors to GetBetter, our brand-new fitness and yoga studio at WorkBetter 2.0. Whether it was a quick lunchtime session or a late-evening recharge, our community moved with purpose and discovered how much better work feels when your body keeps up. We all trained towards a clearer mind and stronger focus in 2025.
Coffee, Arguments, and Something More
1,493 kg of coffee beans were consumed (yes, that’s a lot of caffeine-powered productivity). A few “friendly debates” broke out (mainly about A/C settings and printer manuals) but every one ended with a smile, thanks to our amazing Better Community Managers.
Our Team Got Bigger and Better
Behind every event, coffee cup, and perfectly lit workspace stands a small but mighty crew. This year, our Better Team grew from 4 to 7. We worked hard (sometimes 10+ hours a day), but we loved every minute of it.
100% Occupancy and Still Growing
By December, every desk in WorkBetter 1.0 and WorkBetter 2.0 was full. That’s 100% occupancy, and more importantly, 100% proof that the Better way of working resonates. 2025 was a milestone year not just for the numbers we hit, but for the energy we built together. Every idea pitched, every laugh shared, every new connection – it all adds up to something much bigger and better than space.
